Twiter accuses the new Theards platform of stealing trade secrets and intellectual property in a systematic , deliberate and illegal manner , andit that they have recruited dozens of its former employees who have access to this violates federal law and employees on going legal obligations to twiter.
According to the letter that was sent to Meta , the owner of the new applications , twitter intends to strictly preserve its intellectual property rights, and the letter calls on Meta to take immediate steps to stop using any trade secrets. or strictly confidential information belonging to twitter and twitter reserves all rights , including the right to resort to civil and criminal proceedings to protect its rights.
